Not Exactly as Planned (Warning: Diaper, Gross)
Any time the game got dialog heavy he would rub his diaper with one hand as he mashed through the dialog with the other.he still had to pee though. gabumon was used to going in the toilet so he couldn't just let loose and wet himself right away.

Just for the record, i write extremely dialogue-heavy fiction. when i find that a dialogue tag is indeed needed in my story to identify who is talking, i see it as a red flag that indicates that all action has come to a screeching halt.
