#2 of short story exercises really quick diddy i came up with for the rhyme. i have had it pop into my mind occasionally but haven't thought of putting it down until a few minutes ago (and who wouldn't want the same thing happen to them ;) ).
Unity (Poetry)

A Fate Much Worse
Shitty flashbacks, all bout the shit that caused me pain, like those i trusted, my own mama, attempted suicide, lived twice, to try and end my hurt and trauma, slience a voice that rings much louder, through every rhyme

A Hunter's Anguish (Poetry)
It rhymes every other line and follows the pattern, abab bcbc cdcd ee. (it's a spencerian sonnet in iambic pentameter if you know the technical stuff). well i hope you like it and have a great day!

John raised a brow at that- this creature continued to rhyme, he hoped it wouldn't do it all the time. john paused at that, and shook his head. "stop that." even his head just spouted a rhyme.

She was the one who was humming the nursery rhyme. josey still didnt recognize it except that it was a nursery rhyme. the woman seemed to be like josey, mostly woman with some added features like fur and a tail and muzzle.

2 Christmas Poem

Animal Hunger
Picture pocket knives inscribing sordid rhymes at an orchard's edge, fruit overhead dangling achingly ripe and dying to be plucked.
First Command
The couplets are in iambic pentameter and trochaic tetrameter with masculine rhymes. i feel the turn at the end is sudden, but overall i'm happy with this one. will the **trance** follow **up** with a **fitt** ing comm **and**?
