Emerald On the River
(You), archaeology student turned globetrotting adventurer, make another interesting discovery on your first dig with Anput, right off the Indus River.
You really need to invest in 'collapsing ancient infrastructure' insurance...
Part 1: Discovery
>Be (You).
>Amateur archaeology student turned globetrotting adventurer.
>Or maybe 'ordinary man turned personal servant to a long-lost goddess.'
>Both, really.
>Getting the Abraham up the Indus River was a struggle. You only went some 400 miles up river -- around what you'd cover in a day at sea -- but it still took nearly a week to arrive at Mohenjo-Daro.
>The winding turns of the river and the thick boat traffic are to blame. The captain and his crew managed the whole thing perfectly, but there's only so much they can do with a giant vessel in a sometimes tiny river.
>Fortunately, size disparity hasn't been an issue for you and Anput.
>The Jackal Goddess was content on the river, probably more so than when you were at sea.
>She could lounge around on deck and see something other than ocean for miles.
>Pretty soon, locals began to follow the ship to see her.
>She dragged you up from your studies to translate for her a lot. You don't speak Sindhi, so one of Zayne's local hirees had to translate for you in turn.
>Both parties seemed happy, even if the messages weren't getting across well. Anput adored the attention, and the locals got to see a walking, talking animal Goddess.
>You're glad Mohenjo-Daro itself is on the river, or the throngs of people would make the walk there impossible.
>As is, Zayne's goons have to maintain a rough perimeter of the site. You're a few days in now, and it's holding.
>Progress has been good, and Anput has been just as happy as you to learn about the site.
>Having someone that can remove sand and dust with magical precision is pretty nice.
>Anyway, be working on excavation of a small canal/ irrigation ditch when the team comes across something unusual.
>There's a tunnel.
>All the other known waterways are open air or were covered with long-gone wood and reeds.
>This one goes right into the earth, Anput's ability revealing bedrock.
>The jackal Goddess crouches down by the hole as you and the team scribble notes and bubble with ideas, only stopping when Anput calls your name.
>"I detect water."
>You lay beside her and sniff at the now-clear hole: you don't smell anything, but then again you're not an anthropomorphic dog.
>...and you don't produce magic water out of your tits.
>"Anything else?" you ask her.
>"Yes," she says, but she won't elaborate.
>The jackal Goddess seems perturbed.
>After a short discussion with the other members of the crew, you decide to go in.
>They don't like it, but you're not waiting a couple days for Zayne to air-drop you an ROV.
>You're small enough to fit, you've got headlamps here, and you've done some caving.
>And most importantly, you're the head honcho.
>You slap some of your tools in a drag bag and set off down the tunnel, pushing a clipboard in front of you.
>The crew insists on a communication line, and they have you check in every few minutes with an answering tug.
>Your notes aren't really thrilling. The tunnel is dry and cool.
>Then you smell it.
>Water.
>There's a reflective sheen ahead, something glimmering in the dark.
>You crawl closer and the water-smell becomes stronger, the air and tunnel just a little more damp.
>You think you hear running water when the tunnel shifts, then collapses.
>Rocks splash as you tumble, getting battered by stone.
>You're half-buried when everything settles. Thankfully, you find you can still move.
>Your lamp illuminates all the dust in the air; you're in a circular chamber of some sort, the tunnel having slid out into it.
>You wince a little as you free yourself of the rubble, then gasp when you feel something cut you.
>It's a piece of ceramic tile, other colorful fragments scattered about.
>You take a second look around, spotting more on the walls.
>Then a loud roar shakes the chamber, scattering all the dust.
>Lights turn on above you, bioluminescent lotuses unfurling and letting you see the place for what it is.
>It's a well.
>Or, it was.
>Now there's decorative tiles on the walls, part of the floor has been raised above the water along with a massive bed.
>...on top of which is a yawning tiger.
>She stretches, her bare stripes vibrant under the lotus' light, following her massive curves.
>You marvel at them for a minute before you realize her emerald eyes are on you, her expression one of amusement.
>She speaks, her sleep-heavy tone coming across well enough.
>But no one knows the language the Indus Valley Civilization spoke, and you're no exception.
>You're thankful she's wearing a sleepy smile when you shake your head. You try a few different languages, old and new, but her only responses are flicks of the tail and ears.
>She speaks again and beckons you with a finger, her voice a little more firm now.
>You do as she says, and find yourself limping as you approach her bed. She makes a sort of cooing noise when she notices, and asks a question.
>Then she spots the collapsed wall and scolds you gently with a waggling finger.
>You realize how big the tiger is when you get up close. Even laying down like a gossiping schoolgirl, you're still looking up into her eyes.
>She's got to be Anput's height, if not taller.
>...She's certainly thicker...
>The tigress grabs your arm, and pulls you closer. Each digit is practically as thick as your limb
>The tiger Goddess says something else as she studies the scrapes and abrasions, then chuckles and looks at you.
>You offer a nervous chuckle back; her green eyes are big as your fist.
>She makes that cooing noise again, saying something soft as she gently pets your hair and rubs under your chin.
>Then she pops open a single claw and drags it down your chest, barely scraping your skin but cutting your clothes completely free.
>There's not a hint of lust to her voice as she studies your bare form, her eyes more focused on the bruises and irritation than the blush in your cheeks.
>She nods her head, saying something else before looking you in the eyes again.
>You think she asks if you're ready; you nod.
>The tigress holds you gently in her paws and presses a huge kiss to your shoulder.
>Then your other one, then your arm, then your chest.
>It takes a second for you to realize it's not a gesture of lust.
>Her pecks leave your skin unblemished, erasing your wounds.
>You don't resist as she covers you in them front to back -- right up until she starts going for your waist.
>The tiger Goddess laughs gently at your protests, saying more foreign words before yanking you up onto the bed.
>She pins you down with a single massive paw and works her way up your legs, chuckling as you squirm.
>She nudges your legs as she needs with her snout alone, the fur and breath on your bare skin exquisite.
>You go stiff when she drags her tongue over your backside.
>The Goddess laughs at it when she turns you over and leans on you, her sizable bust enveloping you below the waist.
>It's heavy and soft, and it only makes you stiffer.
>"Shashti" she says slow, pointing to herself. Then she presses a digit to your chest.
>You say your name; Shashti chuffs, blowing your hair back.
>If you didn't have two hundred-pound tiger breasts on you right now, you might try to recall if the name came up in any of your studies.
>But you're completely in the moment when the tiger starts motioning above you.
>She says her name, purses her lips and makes a kissing noise, then says yours.
>Then she says your name, makes a milking motion, then says hers.
>It's a question, one of repayment.
>One you don't think you can refuse.
>You nod, and seconds later are submerged in the soft, white fur of her chest.
>Shashti chuckles at your struggles against her heavy bust, your pawing fairly fruitless.
>She sinks down with a sigh when her rose-colored nipple finds its way to your mouth, pressing you into the mattress.
>You knead at her breast unconsciously, her chuffing resonating in your chest when you give in and suckle.
>Soon the milk begins to flow. It's actual milk, not water like Anput produces.
>It's thick and rich, sweet like honey.
>Shashti coos when you push up with muffled moans, lifting so you can pant against her teat.
>She pets your hair and says something softly, wiping the milk from your face before sinking down again.
>You don't know how long it goes like that, how many gallons of milk you take, but she eventually lifts up higher with a happy string of words.
>You think you feel wetness down below when she shifts, hovering her other humongous breast over your head and asking if you're ready.
>You groan, and she flops down with a laugh.
>You take your time finding her nipple, nuzzling into her plush chest-pillow. It's big as a goddamn exercise ball, filling your arms completely as you hug it.
>Shashti coos something as you rub your face against her, smelling flowers and comfort.
>She chuffs loudly when you reach her nipple, arching her back.
>There's definitely a wetness on your knee.
>Her rumbles of pleasure course through you as you suckle, kneading harder, scraping her skin with your teeth.
>Both of you are reluctant for the air-breaks that you need.
>Eventually the tigress holds you tight and rolls over to her back, filling the chamber with another loud sigh of pleasure.
>Your head slips into the vast valley of her bust as she strokes your back, her soft breasts muffling her soft words.
>It's like laying on a bed that hugs you back, and you start to curl up gently.
>Until you think to yourself that she's a bit more comfortable than Anput.
>Shashti dampens your struggles the same as the jackal, holding you down when you try to get up. She compromises by letting you turn to your back, pulling you and her pillowy breasts up so that she can lick at your head.
>"Shashti?" you ask. The tigress doesn't stop, her paws stroking your chest.
>"Goddess, I need to leave. There's -- there's others that are expecting me."
>She listens when you grab a paw, looking down and waiting for an explanation.
>You point to yourself, and then to the ceiling.
>She seems to understand that you mean the surface. You feel yourself rise and fall about a foot as she heaves a heavy sigh.
>The tigress turns to the side and deposits you onto the vermilion sheets, still looming over you as she lounges on her side.
>She gives a small speech, punctuated by pointing to herself, you, and the ceiling.
>Maybe it's your (relative) familiarity with the divine, but you're guessing it's a similar offer to Anput's.
>If Shashti releases you, you're to be her primary servant.
>She smiles when you slowly nod, and drapes a striped hand down.
>You take it, the whole thing big as your head, and kiss the back.
>The tiger goddess gives you a massive smile and rises to her knees, stretching a bit more.
>You again find yourself entranced by the way her stripes flow over her curves -- so much so that you don't realize she's hovering above you until it's too late.
>Your hands sink deep into her huge cheeks when she drops down, the white fur of her behind just barely pressing against your face.
>She doesn't press down any harder, rubbing herself against your hands and giving you encouraging words.
>You assume, at least. She certainly appreciates it when you start rubbing her giant, glorious cheeks.
>Soon the tigress spreads her legs and sinks down further, slipping your face between her enormous twin moons.
>You've been with Anput a few weeks; you have an idea of what to do.
>Shashti shudders above you as you grip her thick fur and start going to town, nuzzling and coating her inner cheeks with kisses.
>You're glad her mattress is as divinely soft as her ass when she drops all her weight; you can feel it vibrate as she moans.
>You lick along her depths when she begins grinding back and forth, her fur thin.
>You waste no time when you feel her divot. This is a game of speed for you.
>You've only got so much air, after all... and you don't know how loath she'll be to let you get more.
>Shashti presses down on you with a cry when you tease her pucker, grabbing your waist in an almost crushing grip.
>You can feel her move with your tongue when you press in, letting out a long moan.
>Like Anput, she's divinely clean.
>She even tastes a little good.
>She soon tightens around your tongue as you thrust, bouncing on your face to get every last inch in.
>You feel yourself getting lightheaded when she finally stops, letting out a long, low yowl.
>Then the exhaustion hits you.
>You're barely conscious when you start squirming beneath her. You don't even know if you came.
>Shashti flops off you, panting heavily; you gasp, the lotus' soft light blinding for a moment.
>She says some soft words when she has her breath, scooping up some water from the nearby pool and washing your face before giving you another kiss.
>The tigress chuckles when you weakly push her away, pointing to the ceiling.
>She scoops you up and rolls onto her back once more, shushing you and pulling you into her breasts.
>She whispers something, her words calming.
>You give in, cuddling up to her and closing your eyes.
>...Anput could use a little of her own medicine, anyway...
Part 2: Report
>Be (You), the day after getting stuck in a well in Pakistan.
>Be writing your post-field report.
>Do it in greentext because you're the primary investigator and you can.
>Doing it properly now too, in present tense.
>Fuck 'removing yourself from the report for scientific accuracy,' you're gonna write a narrative.
>[Excavation of drainage ditch here, yada yada yada.]
>[Really, you should quit bothering with the excavation details and just do daily logs about the Goddess.]
>[*Goddesses, now.]
>Your first lucid thought when you wake up in Shashti's arms is 'Thank God she didn't roll over.'
>Your second is 'I could go right back to sleep.'
>The tiger Goddess' breasts are like clouds, and you're stuffed tight between them.
>They're soft, warm, and they smell like her. Like sweetness and comfort.
>You hug one and nuzzle into her fur with a sleepy groan.
>Unbidden, some of the reading you did on the journey here comes to mind.
>There's a sort of folk Goddess among the Hindi called 'Shashthi'.
>She's the Goddess of motherhood, often depicted riding a giant tiger.
>It's not too far a stretch that things could have been lost in translation over thousands of years.
>Especially since she's a folk Goddess.
>The tiger Goddess got separated into 'tiger' and 'Goddess,' and her name got an extra 'h' added in.
>You'll have some fun discussions with the dig crew for sure.
>That's when you realize they're all probably distraught.
>Sure, Anput might deserve knowing how it felt to steal you away that first time, but the rest of the crew doesn't.
>Hell, some of them were there for it in Egypt!
>You try to free yourself from her embrace, but it's like getting up from between two beanbag chairs.
>...That are also hugging you.
>Shashti rumbles and squeezes you, the vibrations running straight through you.
>She loosens her hold, and you feel like Moses as the huge, white hills part around you.
>The tiger goddess looks down at you with a sleepy smile, palming your head.
>She says your name with a deep tenor, stroking your hair as if you were a pet. She says a few more things in her native tongue before ending in a purr.
>You seize your chance and point at the ceiling.
>"Shashti," you say, "there's people up there that are worried about me. We need to go up!"
>The Goddess understands your tone, if not your words. She loosens her grip and lets you squirm free of her heavenly embrace.
>"They saw me go through there," you say, pointing at the collapsed wall.
>You search the rubble, finding the severed communication line. You show it to Shashti, who once again is laying at the edge of the bed.
>"We talked through this, and now they'll think I'm in trouble!"
>The Goddess of motherhood looks at you with concern. She gets up with a sigh, lifting the broken stone and tile with a wave of her hand.
>She bends down and plucks the rope from you as the wall repairs itself, studying it curiously.
>"We have to go up, to the surface!" you repeat, motioning to the ceiling.
>Shashti grabs your arms and hugs you with her hands, saying a few more words.
>The slight smile suggests she's trying to calm you down. You've got little choice but to do so.
>The tiger Goddess steps back and twirls a hand; red silks flutter from thin air and wrap around her.
>Her sari shimmers in the lotus-light, magically tight.
>Her bound curves distract you long enough for her to pick you up. You don't struggle as she holds you to her chest, cradling you with a single arm.
>Shashti says something calming again before the two of you slowly rise, the glowing lotuses above you growing closer.
>The ceiling seems to unfurl, an even brighter light blinding you as you look up.
>You feel the tigress hum as the hot desert air rushes in; you're glad her silk is cool.
>It's not until you're finished blinking away the sun that you realize you're cool, too.
>Because you're nude.
>The shouts of the excavation team make you blush even harder as they approach.
>You look down from your perch as Shashti turns to face them; their time with Anput has dulled the awe a little, but not completely.
>The tiger Goddess speaks, her voice strong and deep.
>It's probably the first time in six thousand years that anyone's spoken that tongue on these grounds.
>The dig crew is confused, of course, but one of them shouts when they spot you pressed into the tigress' rack.
>"He's alive!"
>"He fucking found another one!"
>"Someone get Zayne on the phone!"
>Shashti grunts, shifting you up in her grip
>She speaks softly, giving your hair another pet.
>You don't think she can tell you're in charge of these people.
>"I can speak to them," you tell her, "but I don't know what you want."
>Shashti coos at your words, giving you a peck that covers your entire forehead.
>She gives you some kind of reassurance before setting off toward the main camp.
>"It's alright! It's alright!" you shout to the scrambling dig team, "she's friendly -- I think!"
>Shashti stops near the center of camp, looking around almost like a tourist. She talks to herself as she picks up shovels and pinches tent fabric.
>She grabs a total station and says your name, lifting it up to you. You think she wants you to identify it for her.
>Before you can, though, a familiar voice rings out in the dry air.
>"Human!"
>Shashti turns, letting you watch Anput pound down the walkway from the Abraham.
>You've never seen her run before.
>"Human!" she says again, giving you a glare. "Have you forgotten your place? Who is this you've forsaken me for?"
>"Anput, it's not as it seems," you say. You can feel Shashti tense up. "I --"
>"Do not speak my name!" the jackal Goddess says. "I ask again, mortal, have you forgotten your place as my servant?"
>"I have not, Goddess, and I have not forsaken you but you must remain calm!"
>You turn your attention to the tiger Goddess, tapping at her chest and calling her name.
>She's reluctant to look down at you, but listens. You motion to the jackal Goddess and say her name.
>Anput is still glaring, but she hasn't made a move to smite you yet.
>You point to yourself and then her before clasping your hands together. Shashti seems to understand, but stays tense.
>"Shashti saved me in the tunnel and healed my wounds," you say, returning to Anput's tongue. "You must understand, Goddess, that I owe her a debt."
>The jackal's gaze is firm.
>"You do not renounce your fealty?"
>"I would never, Goddess."
>It feels like hours before she huffs, and Shashti finally relaxes.
>"Very well, but you shall renew your vow of servitude to me. And this time, you will enact it in full. Come along."
>"...Goddess, I can't simply leave her," you say, "she's in the same position as you! She has not surveyed her people for centuries, and her tongue is so old that not even I speak it!"
>Anput's nostril's flare.
>"You shall renew your vow to me in full. If she is present, let her watch."
>The jackal stalks back down the ship's gangway; you suppose things could've gone worse.
>The next few hours are a blur.
>You talk with the dig crew as soon as you get dressed again, pulling Shashti along. She's slightly larger than Anput, making things difficult in the tighter quarters.
>She asks you what things are throughout. You stop whenever she grabs your arm and puts something in front of your face.
>Her huge hands give you little choice but to do so.
>Zayne calls in when you finally sit down. He congratulates you and gives some encouraging words, laughing when you say you're going to need a bigger boat.
>You explain what happened, leaving out the fun parts. The group nods at your theory with Shashti's name, and then fills you in on what you missed.
>It turns out you weren't gone very long, only a few hours. The team whipped out the subsurface scanner and attempted to follow the tunnel, and were debating on sending someone in after you when Shashti rose from the ground.
>With that revelation, though, Zayne says you're to pack up. He doesn't want to risk the authorities raising a fuss because the Goddess you found was Hindi.
>You ask after Anput; apparently, she was muttering to herself and pacing around the tunnel's entrance before sulking off to your cabin.
>Kinda like she just did now.
>If you didn't know better, you'd say she'd gotten a little attached to you.
>Shashti has too, but that's no surprise. The tiger Goddess seems to understand that you're in some position of authority, watching you speak.
>She's learned to point to things now rather than pick them up for you to name.
>Communication with her is still largely non-verbal, your tone and expression mattering more than whatever word you say.
>She helps break down camp either way, carrying the heavy gear with ease.
>It might be at the cost of explaining to her what each thing is, but you're still a bit surprised. The one other Goddess you know would hardly sully herself with such base labor.
>Even getting Anput to just move sand around for excavation took a lot of convincing.
>You're certainly not complaining, though.
>By the time it's dark, the Abraham is raising anchor.
>The lab and hold are a mess, but if even Zayne couldn't sweet-talk the authorities, things would probably be worse if you didn't leave.
>You slump down in the conference room, Shashti occupying Anput's normal seat.
>She seems to be able to control her size as well, but prefers to lounge around large as possible.
>You call Zayne, who sighs with relief upon hearing you're underway.
>Then he asks if you're up to interviewing your new acquaintance. He doesn't seem to mind the even-more severe language barrier, waving your concerns away.
>It doesn't hurt to try and ask some questions now, even if she can't answer them in a living language -- yet.
>It's rough, but you come out with a few semi-solid answers, thanks to visual aids.
>Shashti had been asleep for a long time in the well, though you're not sure why.
>She isn't perturbed by everything that's changed, nor with leaving said sanctum.
>It almost sounds like there's more 'sanctum's like that, but you can't parse her response for sure.
>She recognizes pictures of Indus Valley script, but can't communicate what it means quite yet. You can tell the seals are different from the 'sign' objects, though.
>When you finagle a way to ask if she's okay with this new arrangement, of traveling on the boat with you, she answers by grabbing you out of your chair.
>Zayne laughs over video when the tigress clutches you to her chest, chuffing.
>He tells you to figure out what site you want to visit next before signing off, leaving you in the tiger Goddess' arms.
>You sigh, all the stress from the day suddenly resting heavily on your shoulders. You know you should slip free from the tigress and try to make amends with Anput, but you can hardly muster the strength to move.
>Shashti coos, petting your hair softly; you can't tell if she's making you more tired or not.
>You allow yourself to press your face into her chest, hugging her back with a groan.
>Her motherly tittering deepens in tone, and she holds you even more tight.
>It feels good to be in her arms, and not just because she's got more plush curves than a venus figurine.
>Relaxation and relief wash over you.
>Everything's going to be okay.
>...
>You catch yourself just before you doze off again.
>Fighting the hypnotic rise and fall of her chest is tough.
>"Shashti."
>Her grip loosens as she looks down at you; she's wide awake, of course.
>You make the 'breakaway' motion, telling her to let you go. The reluctance is clear on her face, but she does it.
>She asks you why as you stand up, saying your name.
>"Anput," you reply.
>The tiger Goddess nods after a moment, following you through the ship.
>The jackal Goddess herself isn't very pleased when Shashti trails into the room behind you.
>"Why must you bring her here?" she asks, lounging on the bed.
>"Goddess, there's nowhere else on this vessel fit for her," you say. "As the host, it is my duty to see that she has such a place, is it not? Even at the expense of my own comfort?"
>"Honeyed words, human," Anput replies, her frown unchanged.
>"I have not forsaken you, Goddess Anput," you say, speaking the most articulate ancient Egyptian that you can.
>"I will renew my vows to you, if that is still your wish."
>The jackal stares at you for a moment before sitting up, letting her loincloth and breast-bindings fall away.
>"It is," she says. "You will do so now."
>You sigh.
>"Very well, Goddess, but let me --"
>"She will watch," Anput says, voice firm. "I did not misspeak, mortal."
>You close your eyes and nod. You look up to Shashti, finding her slightly on edge.
>You impress upon her that you're okay, that Anput is okay, and that she should... just watch.
>The tigress gives you a pensive nod, watching you approach the bed.
>She watches as Anput recites verses in her native tongue, prompting you for responses.
>She watches as you clean the jackal with your tongue, like she said the ritual would entail.
>She watches as you worship the jackal Goddess proper, with your mouth and your member.
>Only when Anput is finally satisfied, letting you slide free from between her thighs does the tigress approach the bed.
>To your surprise, the jackal doesn't snarl when the rival Goddess lays down, trapping you between two towers of divine curves.
>The tigress says your name softly, as if she doesn't want to keep you awake but must.
>She points to you, then herself.
>Then she says 'worship?' in Egyptian.
>Anput snorts; you sigh.
>Perhaps her watching wasn't the greatest idea.
Part 3: Extra Special Report
>Be (You), checking your socials out on the ocean.
>Zayne insisted you maintain some presence on the big sites, even if you don't like dealing with them.
>Mostly it's likes and comments you're not going to respond to. DMs are usually from other archaeologists or news outlets trying to get an interview.
>But there's also been a build-up of... other sorts of messages.
>Generally, the profile pics of these accounts have anime characters or fuzzy, scaly people.
>Surprisingly few actually use their fursuits.
>They've all got similar requests: more sexy details about Anput.
>And now, Shashti.
>You left some in your field reports, but only because it's important to record what happens. There's plenty of other encounters you've skipped over.
>But apparently that's not enough.
>There's always something to do on the Abraham. New sites to research, permits and grants to negotiate for, animal goddesses to try and teach modern languages to.
>There's not much time to write down all the other accounts of 'worship', and it wouldn't really do much for you.
>At least, that's what you thought until they started offering you sums of money rivaling your smaller grants.
>And considering how much remodeling and extra transport you're going to need now that Shashti’s here, writing a few additional 'reports' might not be a bad idea...
>Be (You), the day after fleeing Mohenjo-Daro.
>The problems start as soon as you rise.
>"Mortal," Anput says, shoving her paw in your face.
>Usually she lets you wake up a little before demanding her morning show of fealty.
>You kiss the back of her hand, but evidently it’s not enough.
>She grabs the back of your head, keeping you there for an extra few seconds.
>When she finally lets go, you can see why: Shashti is watching, tail twitching.
>Her expression softens when she catches your eye, and she makes to grab you -- but Anput yanks you by the arm.
>"It is time to plot our new course, human," the jackal says. She half-drags you over to the computer desk, urging you into the chair.
>"We have time, Goddess," you say. "It will take us at least a day to reach the --"
>"I wish to do it now. Tell me of this place."
>The jackal's tone is short as she points to the Arabian Peninsula.
>She stands, somewhat tense as you tell her what you can about the region.
>Some way through, you hear your name; Shashti stands by the bed, one of your books in hand.
>You get up, and she points to the cover as you approach. It's a book on the Indus Valley, and there's an artist's interpretation of Mohenjo-Daro on the cover.
>The tiger asks if it's meant to be her home, pointing to herself and making the motion for 'well.’
>You nod, searching the cover before pointing out the rough spot of her former sanctum.
>Her warm smile graces you for mere moments before Anput picks you up.
>"Tell me more of these kingdoms," she says, dropping you back into the desk chair.
>Shashti lets out something that's just barely a groan and not a growl.
>"Anput, perhaps we can --"
>"Now, mortal."
>You rattle off more trivia, though you know the jackal isn't listening. Only a page over the intercom saves you.
>The Goddesses follow close, accompanying you to galley. They lurk over your shoulders as you address the dig crew, coming up with an agenda for the day.
>More than a few of them are distracted. You are too, but you just try and ignore the twin deities pressing in on you.
>When you've hammered out a plan -- clean up the hold and the lab from yesterday's quick retreat -- you get yourself some breakfast.
>Shashti and Anput shadow you every step of the way.
>You feel like you're in fucking highschool again.
>They even sit on either side of you, hunched over and watching you eat.
>Neither of them need food, so it's all the more awkward.
>The day goes on similarly. No matter what you're doing, the two animal Goddesses are following close behind.
>Every time one does something, the other follows up.
>Shashti wants to know what the parrots on someone's Hawaiian shirt are? Anput asks you to tell her more about how Egypt developed after her time.
>Anput demands that you massage her paw while you read? Shashti kneads at your shoulders and chest.
>It all comes to a head when Anput knows you're done for the day.
>She's figured out you’re generally finished with 'work' a few hours after dinner. Ordinarily, she just spends the time getting you to talk with her more, tell her more about this wide new world she's returned to.
>Today, she insists on worship.
>"Human," she says, flopping on the bed and spreading her legs wide, "I require your tongue."
>You sigh.
>"Goddess, is it really necessary?"
>"Are you unwilling to serve me, mortal?"
>"No, I --"
>"Then you shall worship me. Your Goddess dema--"
>"Worship?"
>The two of you look at Shashti. She repeats the word again in Egyptian, motioning to you then her.
>"Well, mortal?"
>You look back to Anput: her canine face betrays barely contained contempt.
>"Who will you worship?"
>You look between the two of them; despite her motherly appearance, you can tell Shashti is eyeing you critically as well.
>You sigh.
>"Can I not serve you both?" you ask the jackal. "Were you not part of a pantheon once?"
>Her golden eyes widen.
>"That is different," she manages.
>"How so?" you ask. "Would you deny that you were once worshiped alongside Set and Osiris? Or Horus and Bastet?"
>"I was, but I am not now."
>Her gaze is smoldering.
>"You worship me, and me alone, mortal."
>The words come out before you can stop them.
>"Have you become enamored with your servant, Goddess?"
>The jackal pauses, then snarls.
>"You dare question me?"
>You glance over at the Mother Goddess, before meeting the gaze of the Goddess of Death.
>"You dare deny it, Goddess?"
>You're not sure if her glare can actually kill you -- if so, she's holding back.
>"Fine."
>She closes herself off from you, turning her head away with a huff.
>"I know the hearts of your companions. You are not the only one among them who can satisfy me."
>You don't bring up the fact you're the only one that speaks her tongue. Instead, you turn to the tigress.
>Shashti looks at you with some hesitation, waiting for the verdict.
>"Worship," you say, pointing to yourself then her.
>She smiles, though it's not as large as you'd expect.
>The red sari flutters away, letting her immense curves hang free.
>When she picks you up and pulls you against them, that familiar calm washes over you.
>You bury yourself into her embrace, a soft moan escaping you. Shashti coos.
>She's gentle when she lays you down on the bed, stroking your hair.
>You're putty in her paws, hugging her breast like a child.
>You try to wrap your legs around her; her chuckles rumble through you as you fail.
>The tigress says something in her forgotten tongue, pulling you off like an errant leaf.
>She coos when you groan piteously, shushing your cries with a finger.
>The haze of pleasure and calm lifts a little; you realize she's half-sitting, covering your chest with a single huge paw.
>You try to get up to no avail. Shashti repeats a word, and you get that she's telling you to stay.
>The tigress lifts you by the shoulders, pulling you to your knees like a doll.
>She lets out a satisfied huff when you keep the position.
>Then she goes over to the sulking jackal.
>"Anput."
>The word is a little rough, the accent impossible to place. But you see the Goddess' ears flick all the same.
>She refuses to turn around.
>When the tigress touches her shoulder, Anput lets out a short sort of growl, like it got cut off.
>Shashti says something; the two words you make out are your name, and "worship" again.
>The two gigantic Goddesses stare at one another, only inches apart.
>Then the moment passes.
>Anput shrugs off Shashti's paws -- but lays back. Her gold eyes track the tigress closely, still suspicious.
>They widen when Shashti spreads her legs at the knees.
>"What blasphemy are you --!"
>"Worship."
>Anput splutters; Shashti repeats the word, adding your name.
>You and the jackal look at her with confusion.
>The tigress wastes no time. She picks you up and shoves you between Anput's legs, mashing you against the jackal's onyx lips.
>Anput lets out a very mortal yelp, her charcoal thighs jolting as Shashti presses you between them.
>You try to retreat and readjust, but there's a giant tigress knee in your back, holding you in place.
>"Do you take me for a fool?" Anput shouts, "You think I cannot instruct him to worship properly?"
>Shashti ignores her. Her arms arc over your shoulders to guide your hands, dragging them along the jackal's thin fur.
>You're pretty sure she dug her claws in as well, given how Anput jolts again.
>Her words of contempt are cut off.
>"Stay," the tigress says -- and then she steps over you.
>The whole bed creaks as her huge frame drops down in front of you, and you hear the air whoosh from Anput's lungs.
>There's a gigantic tiger ass in your way, so you can't see how she reacts.
>By the sound of it, not good.
>"Your tricks shan't work on me, temptress!" Anput spits. "Whatever your foul intentions, I --!"
>A pair of huge heels suddenly press into your back, driving you deep into the jackal.
>...And your face into thick, striped cheeks.
>You can still hear Anput's pleasured yelp clear as day.
>"You --"
>Yelp!
>"Y-You --"
>Yelp!
>The tigress lets out a heavy huff when the jackal goes quiet, her hips quivering on yours. Shashti's heels loosen up, letting you breathe.
>Then her tail drapes down over your head, trapping you between her thick cheeks.
>"Worship Anput," the mother Goddess says, thrusting her heels against your back.
>The other Goddess moans.
>"Worship Shashti," the tigress then rumbles, her tail curling around the back of your head.
>You paw at her striped curves, trying to find the thinner fur of Anput's thighs.
>Another rumble from Shashti stops you.
>...Who needs leverage, anyway?
>You grip the tigress' thick fur and flick your hips; Anput shivers against your legs, even if they're only little thrusts.
>Her hips twitch as well. You'd usually feel it more, but Shashti's extra weight is no joke.
>You're forced to chase those little sensations instead.
>The way her contours and folds twist around you.
>How the heat makes you conscious of every inch of contact.
>And how her muscles try to pull you in even deeper.
>Shashti already has buried you in up to the hilt, her heels giving little reprieve.
>Anput still tries.
>Every gasping breath you take is filled with the scent of lotus flowers.
>It takes the tigress growling and slapping your back with her tail for you to remember where you are.
>You tighten your grip on her ass, leaning forward to delve deep between her cheeks.
>You nod into her, smelling her calming scent all the while.
>Her hips sway as you nuzzle deeper, twisting your whole upper body.
>Shashti has taken over thrusting for you, her heels pushing with a relentless rhythm.
>She shifts with a groan when you bottom out, dragging your face down along her cleft.
>Her fur glides against your cheeks as you slip along her curves; a single finger keeps you locked against her.
>You take thin breaths as she grunts, trying to push you in. You slipped back, your face no longer locked in her depths.
>You glide your arms along the tigress' expansive ass, bringing them down towards your center. She doesn't seem happy about it, the tone of her ancient words exasperated.
>But Shashti yelps all the same when your hands slip deep between her cheeks.
>She shudders when you pry her plush posterior apart, letting your face slip where it's destined to go.
>You kiss her pucker like a long lost lover.
>The tiger Goddess yowls, pressing back against you eagerly.
>She starts to sound like Anput when you suck, your hands massaging her sensitive inner cheeks.
>Your sounds of pleasure are muffled by hundreds of pounds of tiger ass.
>You poke her with your tongue; she pulls at it greedily.
>Your body starts a serpentine rhythm, pressing deep into one Goddess then the other.
>It may only be centimeters each time, but the room is filled with breathy gasps and moans nonetheless.
>You’re lightheaded when you feel them both tighten up. You drive in as hard as you can, Shashti's heels and tail helping.
>The pair of divine groans shake you to your core.
>You let your hands slip, and Shashti's cheeks eagerly envelop your head.
>She shudders as your shallow breaths wash over her depths.
>You don't move as the tigress disentangles herself, letting her ass take you where it will. Only when you're pulled back into the light do you groan, clutching to her striped rear.
>Shashti offers a few words, happy and questioning. Anput lays there, the dark dunes of her chest rising and falling.
>She doesn't move when the tigress pulls you away, nor when she's pulled up to her side.
>She only speaks when Shashti lays down beside her, with you between them.
>"Mortal," she pants, "I... my mind has changed."
>Shashti throws an arm over the two of you; the twin walls of divine flesh close in.
>"You may... worship this 'Shashti' as well."
>The tigress chuckles something before you're completely encased in furry curves, black and white.
>You all shift for a moment, finding a spot that works.
>After a minute, they both relax.
>And you swear you hear Anput snoring.
>She's never rested before.
>The rise and fall of the Goddess' chests is calming, pressing against you with each breath.
>Insulating you completely from the world.
>You could stay here forever...
>...
>You're going to need better AC...
