It'd been over a night without any grub to snack on, and his natural instinct was to consume anything within arm's reach. he slowly picked himself up, standing on all fours as he leaned his head down-slowly digging in to the apple.

"grubs?" simba asked. "nah, pinecones. course we mean grubs kid, comon work with me here!" simba laughed, looking on to pumbaa. "what do you think, simba?" he smiled. "i gotta go with "slimy, yet satisfying." after all it's how i got hooked."
Part 3: The Arena Blademaster
The meal was uncomfortably clammy, even for a hatchling who had been fed grubs and other swamp-fare, but nonetheless he waveringly swallowed. it had been four nights of ragged blankets and clammy saltrice since the first walled village.
Changing Larvesta
Those that couldn't fly, or would rather stay behind for their own reasons, hunkered underground, burying themselves after gorging on grub to get plump. nice and fat, they settle in for the winter.
