Once you had your hands on her, blink put the visor on himself - thinking, as always, that he'd make a brilliant, heroic escape. anything to protect his precious little sidekick. the visor was much, much stronger than he thought.

If he did the same thing, it would make him all "heroic" and "amazing". and what did he even do to deserve this? he's just some random guy who got thrown into a swirling portal and given a wand he can't even use. he's so dense. and yet he always wins.
