I stepped into the lobby of 'Pro Fitness', the gym on the far side of town. Whilst I should have been feeling elated, all I could feel was a sense of dread and anxiety. I didn't want to be here, but it wasn't at my own suggestion. I wasn't fit....
Marlo's Workout
Besides the benefit of trying to stay fit, the workout helped in clearing his mind. yara had been dominating it for a while. her strange behavior was hard to ignore. distant and overwhelming. he couldn't put his finger on it.
Regular Workout
Doing regular workout hot and bothered was a great motivator, imagining himself disciplining one of the jocks spurred him on to not slack off any in his routine.

A week into going to the gym together, they had joined a core workout class, just so max could see how he liked it. the class itself was just okay in his opinion.
Post Workout
I've always loved the feeling after a good long workout. especially if it's a late saturday night and you get to go home and rest afterwords; but that's not even the best part, the best part for me is the post workout.

Everyone else followed a bit behind slugging over the finish some passing out from an exhausting day of a grueling outside workouts.
