They see a town in the far distance in the plains. they continue on the way without too much interruption, except to stop and drink some water. once the group reach the town they see its nothing more than a ghost town.

The mine there is the deepest in the plains, typically used for mining stone, or precious gems along with iron. the citizens are known around the plains for being the hardest workers on the plains. most of the workers are working at this time of day.
