I am still amazed when i wake to find the sled-team in their bare fur wandering about outside as they passed from the bath houses to the main complex. only after their sacks were pulled tight against their bodies would they complain about the cold.

As the sled team ran past, balto, thinking quickly, ran after them. "it's that stray dog!" "he's gonna ruin the race!" boris squeezed himself out between two humans, and noticed what balto was doing. he screamed. balto was catching up to steele now.

Zach laughed, then whimpered, "a sled team?" "got it in one. who's a good boy?" sin was all teeth. zach yelped, he held his ears sideways and looked around on the floor, thinking. he looked up. "no scent, he's partial quad, he can run on all four."
