Based on the what lichthia said of this owl. . . his discretion matched up well with his origional thoughts of owls. . . and far surpassed them in terror on the same realm of logic. but tabatha. . . 'polite'. . . 'sweet', it just. . . didn't seem scary.
Proximity
All in all, this version bears very little resemblance to the origional. this is one of my few stories that have a happy outcome, i believe. maybe not the perfect outcome, but one i feel positive about.
