She wasn't worried about zombies or whatnot...radiation killed, it didn't make you eat flesh or become violent....she had no idea why people were convinced that there would be some mutations or whatnot...the whole idea was ridiculous.

We also brought a bag full of snacks and odds and ends in case we needed them, things like rope and whatnot, then we set out! we were only about 5 miles from home, so we figured we'd be home before lunch.

There was no water, so he had to use some bottles of his drinking water to wash and whatnot. she walked to the pillow and lay below it, stretching her tired legs before curling up. she'd try falling asleep beyond her discomfort.
