Reliving the Rush
Midnight was lying in bed, watching Julie go through the closet. He looked over to the window and saw the night sky, which is usually when she'd be readying for bed or lost in her studies. She lifted clothes, one by one, until she saw the perfect...
Skye & Ruki
The ferry trudged along as the sun rose the next morning. Skye had awoken before Ruki and was holding his body under the covers. They'd be home within the next hour and a half at 10 a.m., which excited her. She smiled and kissed the side of his neck....
Today's the Day
Skye opened her eyes to a generous amount of sunlight seeping into the room through the curtained window, which wasn't a good sign. She quickly sat up and moved over to the edge of the bed where her backpack was. While being cautious not to wake Ruki...
A Mild Sky
The remainder of the day was indolent. Skye had been traveling all over Sinnoh with Ruki over just a few days, and they would be right back out tomorrow. Skye needed a break. They lied in bed together until it began to come upon early evening, just as...
Rescheduled
Skye washed her face and did her hair in the restroom after taking about ten minutes to recover while snuggled up into Ruki's fur. Once she exited the bathroom, she saw him sitting in his usual spot on the center of the bed, and she lay down on her...
Morning Relief
Skye opened her eyes early the following morning, with Ruki curled up on his side by her chest facing the opposing direction. She grinned at him, moving down a bit to hug up to his body and rest her cheek against his side. She pressed her nose against...
Planning in Advance
Ella's house was up north in Sunyshore, a cozy one-story residence with a bedroom, small kitchen, and a bathroom. "Cute place," Skye looked around her friend's home from the living room and sat on her couch. She groaned while stretching her arms out...
Just Them Two
"You want to get out soon, Ruk'? It's been a while." It neared 10 a.m., and they hadn't left the pool yet. Skye had walked Ruki across the water and watched him swim wall to wall a few times throughout that hour. His fastest time was fifteen seconds,...
Exploring Emotions
Skye thought all day about the kiss she shared with Aaron. If they hadn't been standing directly in front of her parents' door, it would have lasted a lot longer. Perhaps Skye should have waited for a better time to commit to a first kiss, but the...
Touring
"I missed you, Skye," Aaron said, eyeing her face as she pulled away. "I did too..." She slid her watch onto her right wrist and took Aaron's hands into hers, giving them a gentle squeeze before releasing them. "Let me show you my city." Aaron looked...
The Calm
Cassidy entered the house from touching upon Violet's agility and attacks during an early evening training session outside. Violet was ready for the next gym. She's always been a fighter unless she was at home. Then, she'd rather be sleeping. "Here...
Change of Plans
Fenny must have dozed off. He woke up to a relatively darker room, leaned up against his Cassidy's body, and he slowly shifted himself, so he was on his side. Fenny did this to stare at her pretty resting face, which he did for about a minute or so...
