dialogue tags are too easily replaced by something that actually adds to the story, such as an action, a facial expression, a spot of description, or a character's opinions. just for the record, i write extremely dialogue-heavy fiction.

This one is a bit longer than the others, and it's very dialogue heavy. but it felt wrong to break it up into other chapters, it's all a series of moments that play into one another so i'd rather post 6000 words and retain that authenticity.
